街燈受樹葉摭蔽, 投訴6年後才锯走之

大圍翠田街愉景花園往新田圍石级最高之十級望上街燈ST1555仍受樹葉摭蔽 Wong kin chung 2019年10月25日 週五 下午8:33 寄給 tellme 重覆多次請求移除摭擋燈光之樹葉。多名老人視力不佳請求燈光照耀石级以確保上落石级有保障和安全。(2025年4月底已鋸走有關枝條)

滅火車進不了新田圍邨?

1981年入伙之新田圍邨共有八座, 3,400 伙. 早期可能是山高皇帝遠, 私人汽車晚上到處亂泊, 晚晚都有十多架大小不同的亂泊車在邨外泊到天光才走,(註:這方面直至最近才改善). 屋邨管理索性長期用十多二十個巨型花盆將寬闊的路面堵死, 只留下勉强足夠的空位讓車輛單程進入.行人和輪椅也是感到很不方便. 這項措施可能是近期實施車輛八達通收費需要收窄路面,以防車輛有足夠空位避開收費.

2025年1月9日有七部滅火車停在新田圍邨邨口,表面看來是路面狹窄駛不入了. 這批滅火車只在邨口停了半小時, 没有進一步行動便收隊了.

值得探討一下的是否移走巨型花盆即可讓滅火車進入? 新田圍邨已是老人邨, 老人記性差, 很容易忘記關爐頭, 十分需要消防員的服务.

政府花了九年才將遮蓋街燈的樹鋸走

Please find attached 2 pictures of the staircase between Sun Tin Wai Estate and Green View Garden. The light post EA5111 provides lighting every night. However, a tree, which had been cut a decade ago, has grown to block the light at night and posts dangers to users of the staircase. If one inspects the staircase at night, the problematic tree is still there and blocks at least 3-4 meters' light. Old people request that this problematic tree should be cut instead. For your action please.

上圖是街燈EA 5111.位置於百步梯的底部,晚上街燈被遮擋了,加上天雨路滑,十分容易出意外.

看清楚鋸口, 此樹二十年前已經鋸走, 但生長十年後又繼續遮光,拖了九年才鋸, 一共繁榮了19年. 鋸了一個月此青果榕已有多枝五英吋的芽(参見以下圖片). 最右處為二十年前的鋸口, 已部份腐爛.新的鋸口在流著樹液. 新發的芽竟有青果一枚.即時發芽即時開花結果, 速度甚高, 令人驚嘆.
