Jamie 是一個祟尚義大利菜式的英國小子, 所開餐廳, 其實由義大利厨師掌厨, 大慨可以理解為一種表面上捧義大利餐, 其實是壓中餐的國家行為。

Jamie 在世界范圍的全盤失敗説明了英國菜和義大利菜都不好吃, 不為消費者接受。
